I'm dressed head to toe in one of my favourite affordable clothing brands - Dorothy Perkins! This is an outfit that's leaning towards early autumn and I am very excited about the new collections to arrive. The weather has been quite rainy here (don't let the occasional sunshine fool you) and very windy but I was able to utilize the occasional sunny afternoon for this post. This beige jumper is a nice, light knitted top and nowhere as warm as a normal jumper but still means I can be cozy when the weather is acting up around here. What I love about it is it comes with an attached scalloped collar and it's not an entire double layer of shirt underneath which still makes it appropriate for August.

Paired with my cropped trousers which are a skinny fit and the perfect everyday trouser for someone who isn't always fond of jeans and also wears a lot of black. I talked about it in another post a while ago and needless to say it's still a favourite piece. A new addition to my shoe collection are these espadrille style slip ons. They are so comfortable and this style of shoes are everywhere at the moment. I picked these up because of the little leather detail at the toes and I think it fits in well with my all black accessories collection. And the bag, it's tiny, cute but fits a lot more than you'd think. It's a saddle style faux leather bag from Forever 21( the only piece not from DP but still something worth sharing here).
